Education (STEAM) Programs
STEM education refers to the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. STEAM education incorporates the “A” for the arts – recognizing that to be successful in technical fields, individuals must also be creative and use critical thinking skills, which are best developed through exposure to the arts. STEAM initiatives in our programs are means to encourage, educate and prepare today’s youth to pursue careers in STEM-related fields.
Dance Programs
Our intensive dance/leadership development program provides high-quality dance training, performance opportunities, and a sense of self-empowerment for Washington, DC, Area children and youth. These programs inspire youth to live healthy lives and encourage youth to exercise and express themselves artistically. Simply put, we leverage dance as a platform to keep kids safe and drug-free.
